In order to connect to your web-hosting account through FTP, please use following information :

FTP host/address :  ftp.yourdomainname.com

Username          :   Your account username/ftp account username

Password           :    Password corresponding to username mentioned

Directory            :   Mention the directory to which you want get connected to. [ Can be left blank for connecting home directory]

Transfer mode    :  Passive Mode [useful when you are behind a firewall]
